1. Reborn dolls should be stored away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Don't forget to check them from time to time to make sure there are no problems with temperature, humidity, insects or cramped spacing.
2. Permanent damage may occur if you attempt to take your doll for a "swim"! Avoid immersing a collectible doll in water.
3. Use a soft cloth and distilled water without soap, beach or chlorine products for daily cleaning of vinyl and porcelain dolls.
4. A gentle vacuum cleaner can be used to suck cloth dolls through a layer of mesh. Keep in mind that silk should never be vacuumed.
5. To prevent the dyes from bleeding out over time, you can always add a layer of acid-free fabric between the realistic baby dolls' clothes and their body.
6. The fastest way to ruin a silicone doll's hair is to wash it. it will become matted and unmanageable.
7. Rule of thumb: Since high-quality collectible doll hair is made from synthetic materials, using hot products such as hair dryers, curling irons, or flat irons may cause damage hair and vinyl. Air drying is always the best option!
